26th & 27th August Ages: Secondary School (Years 6 to 11) Get ready to head back to school feeling confident, calm, and connected! Our 2-day Teen Wellbeing Camp is the perfect way to reset after the summer and prepare for the new school year—whether you're returning to secondary or starting it for the very first time. Open to current secondary school students and Year 6s starting secondary school in September, this camp is designed to support mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing in a relaxed, friendly environment. Enjoy a mix of mindful activities like yoga, journaling, and arts and crafts, alongside energising dance, games, and confidence-building workshops. With a focus on self-esteem, resilience, and connection, these two days are all about helping young people feel their best and ready to take on the term ahead. Expect a mix of calming activities like yoga, mindfulness, journaling, and creative arts, paired with energising dance, games, and group sessions focused on building confidence, self-esteem, and connection. Whether you're looking to unwind or just try something new in a supportive space, these two days are a perfect blend of chill and fun to help you feel your best.

Camp notes

Location:
Unit 12, Winnall Valley Road, Winchester, SO22 0LD

Drop-off and Collection:
Drop-off is available from 9:45am to 10:00am, and collection can be made between 4:00pm and 4:15pm.

Breakfast & Late Clubs:
Breakfast and late clubs are offered from 8:45am until 5:15pm at an additional charge of £6 per session, which includes snacks. To add these sessions, please email info@integr8dance.com.


Medical Information:
When dropping off your child, please ensure we have up-to-date medical details, including any allergies or dietary requirements, as some activities may involve food workshops.

Illness & Absences:
If your child is unwell and cannot attend, please inform us as soon as possible. We often have waiting lists for camps, and if we are able to offer the place to another child, we will issue a refund if the spot is filled.

Lunch:
Children on funded places will receive a hot meal during the day. We require all menu orders to be with us at least 2 weeks prior to the camps. We will be emailing a menu out shortly with meal options.

For those not on funded places:
Please bring a packed lunch and a drink.
Please make sure lunch boxes do not contain any nuts.


What to Bring:
A water bottle (refillable throughout the day).
Comfortable clothing suitable for movement (we recommend not wearing your best clothes).
Trainers or suitable footwear for active participation.
